What skills and experience we're looking for
As the Specialist Resourced Provision Lead, you will:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership for the RP.
* Support the school SENCO and lead staff in delivering outstanding teaching and interventions.
* Develop inclusive practice across the school and contribute to trust-wide SEND expertise.
* Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
We are looking for a candidate who is:
* Experienced in teaching pupils with SEND and ASC.
* Skilled in leading or managing a specialist provision.
* Committed to inclusion, pupil progress, and staff development.
* Collaborative, empathetic, and solutions focused.
