As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering live campaigns through face-to-face engagement. This is a public-facing position where confidence, communication, and consistency drive performance.

No previous sales experience is required — full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work in busy retail and event-style environments, engaging members of the public and acting as the face of the campaigns you represent.
On a typical day, you’ll:
* Start natural, confident conversations with people in high-footfall settings
* Build rapport quickly and adapt your communication style depending on who you’re speaking with
* Explain the purpose behind the campaign and the real-world impact it creates
* Help individuals understand how public support contributes to meaningful outcomes
When someone shows genuine interest, you’ll:
* Clearly outline how they can get involved
* Explain contribution options and what ongoing support looks like
* Ensure complete transparency around commitments and supporter rights
Accuracy and professionalism are essential. You’ll use digital systems to record details correctly and ensure every interaction reflects integrity and trust.
You’ll also attend regular team briefings, review performance, share feedback from conversations, and continuously refine your approach. The environment is collaborative, structured, and performance-focused — you’ll always know what you’re working towards.
