Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key Analyst role within the Wholesale team. You’ll play a hands-on part in supporting sales and operational activity, working closely with Business Development Managers and their clients to drive customer-facing tasks such as transaction packaging, progression, documentation, block and receivables payouts, and ongoing portfolio administration.
You’ll build strong relationships with customers, funding partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional experience. With a proactive and enthusiastic approach, you’ll help the Wholesale team achieve its commercial goals while developing valuable expertise in a fast-paced environment.
What will your day look like?
* Work collaboratively with the Head of Wholesale, Analysts, and Business Development Managers to support team and wider Business Finance objectives.
* Maintain a strong customer focus while ensuring the bank remains safe and compliant.
* Build and nurture relationships with internal departments and key stakeholders.
* Take ownership of customer and partner queries via phone or email, delivering a professional and timely response.
* Provide relationship support to funding partners, becoming the primary point of contact for designated accounts.
* Complete all mandatory training and ensure ongoing compliance requirements are fully met.
What do we expect from you
* Proven experience in the asset finance industry, ideally with exposure to a variety of financial products and operational structures.
* Strong written, numerical, and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise, and manage multiple tasks or team workloads under pressure.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
* A proactive team player who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting colleagues and delivering outstanding customer service.
* Willingness to learn new skills, embrace change, challenge existing processes, and maintain a strong focus on quality, compliance, and achieving goals.
