The Role
As a Learner Engagement Manager, you will take ownership of regional learner recruitment strategy, ensuring consistent pipeline generation across AEB and employability programmes.
You’ll combine hands-on outreach with strategic oversight, managing performance, partnerships, and engagement activity across the region.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement regional learner recruitment strategies
* Oversee learner engagement pipelines and performance metrics
* Build and maintain partnerships with job centres, community organisations, and referral networks
* Lead outreach initiatives to attract unemployed and underserved individuals
* Support enrolment processes, ensuring eligibility and compliance
* Monitor engagement activity and ensure accurate reporting
* Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to engagement staff
Ideal Candidate
You are a results-driven engagement professional with leadership experience in learner recruitment or employability outreach.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in learner engagement, recruitment, or employability programmes
* Strong understanding of Adult Education Budget (AEB) provision
* Experience managing outreach strategies and learner pipelines
* Ability to build high-value partnerships within communities
* Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
