You will work closely with airports, aviation partners and internal engineering teams to deliver smarter, safer and more efficient passenger screening systems across global markets.
Technical Sales Manager - The Role:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aviation, airport and security sectors
Build strong relationships with airports, consultants, integrators and industry stakeholders
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and commercial proposals
Support tender submissions, quotations and bid documentation
Attend UK and international exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings
Work closely with engineering teams to understand customer requirements and product capabilities
Support sales strategy development and market expansion activities
Maintain CRM records and provide market feedback to support future product development
Technical Sales Manager - What We’re Looking For:
Experience within technical sales, business development or account management
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain technical systems and solutions clearly to customers
Commercial awareness with strong organisational skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel internationally
Desirable experience includes:
Aviation, airport operations, automation, engineering or security technology sectors
AI, CCTV, automation or operational technology systems
Tendering and procurement processes
Existing aviation or security industry contacts
