Business Developmemt Executive
A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join its expanding Glasgow Retail Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive sales environment.
About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business and supporting the growth of the commercial lines portfolio. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and schedule new business opportunities.
* Maintain and update the CRM system with accuracy.
* Manage your own diary and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
* Work towards achieving personal and team annual sales targets.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident and proactive approach to engaging new leads.
* Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* A self-starter who contributes positively to the team.
Knowledge of the insurance sector is beneficial but not essential.
Working Arrangements
