We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join a reputable medical communications company with a global client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a background in medical communication or pharmaceuticals. Based in Amersham, you will become part of an expanding and successful team.
Key Tasks:
1. Manage all aspects of specific projects within client programs.
2. Provide an effective interface between the company and its clients.
3. Manage costs and efficiencies to maximize profit.
4. Plan and develop programs.
5. Oversee project management and delivery.
6. Maintain client liaison and management.
7. Manage and liaise with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of a degree; candidates with a PhD or medical qualification are preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in medical communications, either agency or client-side.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to target audiences.
Remuneration:
The salary will depend on the successful candidate but is generally in the region of £45,000 to £60,000.
