Field Account Manager – Connectivity

Motive Group are pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing telecoms provider that’s redefining connectivity in the UK’s holiday park and staycation space. With demand for better, faster, more reliable digital access booming, they’re looking for a Field Account Manager to take their client experience to the next level.

The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for holiday park clients — leading onboarding, keeping service levels high, and supporting commercial growth. This isn’t about quick wins; it’s about long-term partnership.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with park operators across the UK
* Deliver smooth, high-impact onboarding journeys
* Identify and act on opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell
* Drive guest and owner sign-ups via clever campaigns and park engagement
* Work closely with engineering, support, and commercial teams to deliver consistently brilliant service
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in account management, customer success or similar client-facing roles
* Natural people skills – the kind that build trust quickly and genuinely
* A knack for translating tech into business value (no jargon required)
* Proactive, commercially minded, and always looking for a smarter way
* Full UK driving licence and happy to travel weekly (sometimes at short notice)
