Job Description
This role is based five days a week at our Shirebrook HQ.
As a Marketing Assistant at Frasers Group, you will support the Retail Marketing Team in organizing and implementing key marketing campaigns and objectives. Your responsibilities include supporting campaigns such as in-store POS, promotional activities including SALE and Black Friday, seasonal launches, brand activations, and new store openings.
You will ensure smooth store openings—from pre-opening preparations, POS ordering and delivery, to opening activities and post-opening support. Effective communication with the Communications and Store Management teams is essential to discuss marketing information and provide support at the retail level.
Your key responsibilities include updating digital screen content across the retail estate and tracking these changes using the Digital Screen Tracker document.
You will also undertake ad hoc tasks such as raising POs and invoicing, updating the marketing calendar, tracking competitor activity, maintaining gift card quantities, and preparing presentations.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

* Keen interest in and understanding of fashion and retail industry
* University degree or prior experience in a marketing role
