Supported Housing Officer Location: SW6 1DT (Chiswick - buildings within walking distance) Pay Rate: £15.50+ per hour (PAYE) / £16+ per hour (Umbrella) / £28,000-£30,000 (LTD equivalent) Contract: Temp to Perm Start Date: ASAP
Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer to join a service based in Chiswick. This is an excellent opportunity to work with ex-veterans, supporting them to maintain independent living and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of clients with low to medium support needs (size TBC)
* Provide support around tenancy sustainment and engagement
* Deliver keyworking sessions and complete risk assessments
* Support new tenants with property viewings and sign-ups
* Work closely with residents to promote independence and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to support plans
Requirements
* Experience working within supported housing / homelessness / veterans services
* Strong understanding of tenancy management and support planning
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with individuals with mixed support needs
