Description
* Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
* Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
* Oversee and maintain accurate ledger accounts and reconciliations.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial compliance.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
* Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
* A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting and finance.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
