About The Role
HC-One is looking for a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You’ll be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy to plan and prioritize, and have a knack for following recipes perfectly. You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, you’ll be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns appropriately.
