This is your chance to lead impactful projects and work in a collaborative, people-first environment, please read on for more details: Key Responsibilities Lead and support full end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, supplier management, and contract negotiations Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the university, including senior leaders and department heads Run competitive tenders and lead on procurement specifications, including Framework Agreements Help create and deliver category plans aligned to long-term goals Experience & Requirements Experience managing indirect procurement categories Proven track record of delivering value through compliant, strategic procurement Solid understanding of public sector procurement regulations (PCR2015, OJEU, UCR, Procurement Act etc.) CIPS qualification is a plus, but not essential
