Production Line Leader We are recruiting for Production Line Leader roles in the Chartham, Canterbury area. While the site can be reached via train to Canterbury and a bus to Chartham followed by a 20-minute walk, this is not practical for daily commuting. As a Production Line Leader, you will need to have: Good communication and leadership skills A good level of English (written and verbal) Good understanding of basic Maths Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines (Desirable) Previous experience in a similar role within the fruit or food production industry Details: Salary: Based on experience from £13.45 - £15.27 per hour Working Hours: shifts start at either 6:30 am or 7:00 am and are 12 hours long.
