As our Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, inspiring your team, smashing targets, and making a real difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the recruitment team to exceed sales and placement goals
* Build strong relationships with employers through networking and marketing
* Drive new business growth while nurturing existing clients
* Collaborate with Ongo Communities to support life-changing initiatives
* Thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment where your ideas matter

What We're Looking For
* Proven sales success and a results-driven mindset
* Experience leading teams and managing projects/contracts
* Top-notch communication and negotiation skills
* A cool head under pressure and a love for responsibility
* At least 2 years in a sales-focused recruitment role
