EFT Group is hiring a Quality and Training Manager to take full ownership of quality, compliance, and training strategy across multiple companies (Construction, Electrical and Systems) and build something that actually drives performance.

What You ll Actually Be Doing
You ll be building a best:in:class compliance and training function.
Own ISO 9001 across the Group Lead external audits (BAFE, NSI, LPS1014, IFC) with confidence Spot risks early and do something about them Build a 3:year training roadmap aligned to real business growth Create a Group:wide training framework that people actually follow Improve real metrics: first:time fix, productivity, quality scores Define skills matrices and raise technical standards across teams Mentor engineers, support apprentices, and elevate capability Measure ROI on training (because it feels useful isn t a strategy)
You ll thrive here if you:
Have serious experience in compliance / quality / training leadership Understand Fire, Security, Electrical and/or Construction environments Know ISO standards inside out and aren t afraid of audits Can influence people who don t report to you Actually care about doing things properly, not just ticking boxes
Bonus points if you have:
ISO Lead Auditor qualification CAVA (or equivalent)
You ll need to pass BS7858 Security Screening
