A leading provider of construction technology solutions is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on selling digital tools to specialist subcontractors — including steelwork fabricators, M&E contractors, and other technical trades.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–7 Account Executives across the UK & Ireland
* Deliver and exceed a team sales quota of approximately £3M per year
* Create and execute go-to-market plans tailored to niche subcontractor segments
* Support reps in complex sales cycles, leveraging sector expertise and value-based selling
* Align with marketing, product, and customer success to drive growth and retention
🎯 What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing mid-market B2B sales teams (3+ years)
* Background in construction technology, enterprise software, or technical hardware sales
* Solid understanding of the subcontractor landscape (e.g., M&E, steel fabrication, structural)
* Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting ability
* Confidence leading both remote and field-based teams
