About the Role You'll be providing vital administrative and transactional support throughout the lifecycle of a conveyancing matter. From initial client contact to post-completion duties, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and fee earners. Key Responsibilities Preparing and issuing quotes for conveyancing services Supporting client onboarding, including ID checks and file opening Assisting with the preparation of sale and purchase files for exchange Handling post-exchange and post-completion tasks, including submission of SDLT and registration Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team What Were Looking For Previous experience in a conveyancing support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team High level of organisation and attention to detail Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative Familiarity with conveyancing processes and terminology Why Apply?
