We’re working with a well-established Leicester based company who are looking for an experienced Internal Sales professional to join their busy team. If you have experience in the tooling industry, enjoy building relationships, and like being the reliable support in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be the perfect next step for you.
The role:
In this Internal Sales position, you’ll be responsible for producing quotes, completing tender documents, handling incoming enquiries, and maintaining regular contact with existing customers. You’ll support the external sales team day to day, follow up leads, and ensure the CRM is kept accurate and up to date. You’ll also help spot new business opportunities and may occasionally visit clients when required. This role offers a mix of sales support, account management, and commercial coordination.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management role within the tooling industry
Confident communicator, able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Excellent attention to detail, especially when preparing quotes and documents
Well-organised, quick thinking, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Proactive in following up and keeping processes moving
