To lead and grow B2B commercial partnerships across the food manufacturing sector, driving profitable growth and strategic customer engagement. This role will also sit on the site leadership team, contributing to site-wide decision-making, and operational leadership. MAIN DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute commercial strategies for B2B customers in food manufacturing- Greencore, Samworth, Bakkavor, 2SFG are of interest Manage key accounts and lead pricing, contract negotiations, and margin delivery. Collaborate with supply chain, technical, and NPD teams to deliver customer briefs and innovation. Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform strategy. Represent the commercial function on the site leadership team, contributing to broader site strategy and investment decisions Key Skills and Experience Proven track record in B2B commercial roles within food manufacturing. Strong understanding of the fresh produce or chilled food supply chain. Experience working with foodservice or QSR customers is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Commercially astute with strong financial acumen and analytical ability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
