The Role
You’ll be joining the team to support a broad range of clients across Scotland. This is an office-based position, ideal for someone currently working in a Managed Services environment or an internal IT support professional eager to transition into MSP work.
You should be comfortable handling first and second line issues and enjoy the variety that comes with supporting multiple clients.
