About this opportunity We want a Salesforce & Docusign Systems Manager to manage and improve two essential cloud platforms internally. The role is within the Transport Platform, supporting Tusker, and will lead our Salesforce Admin team as we develop and expand our CRM and agreement-management systems. The Group is investing heavily in Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and Agentforce Clouds, along with the latest Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management features. In this role, you'll ensure these systems are operationally robust, improved continuously, and aligned to Tusker’s business ambitions. This is a role for a driven, people-focused leader who can combine strong technical oversight with collaborator engagement, roadmap planning, and team development. Salesforce and Docusign are fundamental to these journeys, supporting everything from customer onboarding to lifecycle servicing. You'll work closely with feature teams (Product Owners, Developers, QA), internal super-users, and Docusign professional services to integrate and evolve these platforms within Tusker’s target architecture. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you'll lead the administration, stability, and improvement of Salesforce and Docusign, ensuring both platforms provide maximum value. Key responsibilities include: Platform Ownership & Improvement You'll ensure both Salesforce and Docusign continue to function effectively for their intended uses, deliver continuous incremental improvements that increase return on investment, develop product specifications, testing standards, and quality controls and contribute to planning for future system capability. Roadmap & Change Leadership You'll work with the Tusker Executive to build the roadmap for Salesforce and Docusign, own the delivery of roadmap commitments, ensuring initiatives are accurately resourced across Transport Platform teams. You'll act as a conduit between Technology and business teams to manage change in a controlled, transparent way, provide clear communication of plans, roadmaps, and project progress, supporting senior collaborators with updates, prioritisation conversations, and resourcing requirements and work with Product Owners to analyse user stories and improve customer journeys. Team Leadership & Development You'll lead, mentor, and develop the Salesforce Admin team, identify career progression and learning opportunities for individuals, support performance management and help nurture a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Governance & Risk Management You'll provide input to IT security policies and ensure relevant controls are embedded, deliver outcomes within established knowledge management, data management, and budgetary systems and identify improvement opportunities in processes and deliver small-scale change initiatives. What You’ll Need: Core Skills & Experience Certification as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce (experience across multiple Clouds is beneficial). Curiosity to learn Docusign; prior experience is helpful but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and project management capabilities. Confidence negotiating scope and resources with collaborators. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Leadership & Behaviours Ability to provide direction, clarity, and motivation to a team. Strong collaborator management skills, including at senior levels. Results-focused approach with high quality standards. Comfortable analysing problems and crafting structured solutions.
