TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover surveys in Cornwall for immediate start.As a stock condition surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen, bathroom, central heating.Your responsibilities will include:Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc.About the Role:On-going role for up to 6 months.Surveys are carried out on a software- tablet devices will be provided.Immediatestart .Carry out 8-10 completed surveys per day.Induction provided to use the software.Lodgement fee is covered by our client.booked appointmentsand door knocking.Outside IR35 rolePaid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.Over 400 properties to be surveyed.Full training will be provided.Ideal Candidates:Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).Familiarity with the HHSRS systemStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsIf you are interested in the Stock Condition Survey position ,apply online now!TPBN1_UKTJ
