Salary: £50,000 per annum

The Role:
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full supply chain process – from forecasting and inventory planning to logistics, warehousing, and supplier management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and product availability across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations
* Manage inventory levels and forecasting to support product launches and seasonal demand
* Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners
* Lead demand planning and stock replenishment processes
* Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective logistics solutions
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
* Work cross-functionally with teams including NPD, Operations, Sales and Finance
About You:
* Proven experience in a supply chain role within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG
* Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and logistics
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Great communicator with strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven and confident using supply chain/ERP systems
* Thrive in a scale-up or fast-paced environment
