Account Manager
Glasgow (Hybrid)

Our client, a growing and performance-led social content agency, is looking to bring in an Account Manager (or strong Account Executive ready to step up) to join their team.
They work across a diverse mix of sectors, delivering creative, data-led campaigns that blend organic content, paid social and production to drive real, measurable results. The Role:
You’ll sit at the centre of client relationships and internal delivery, managing day-to-day comms, coordinating teams, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
It’s a varied role where you’ll be involved across organic, paid social and content, working closely with creative and performance teams to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients
* Manage timelines, deliverables and internal coordination
* Lead client calls and ensure clear communication throughout
* Brief internal teams and oversee quality of output
* Track campaign performance and support reporting
* Ensure work aligns with client goals and strategy
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts and improve performance
Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience in an agency environment
* Experience managing multiple clients and projects
* Strong understanding of social (organic, paid and content)
* Confident with clients and leading calls
* Organised, proactive and detail-focused
* Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
* Familiar with key platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
