Job Description
We're partnering with a growing London Market insurer to recruit an Exposure Management Lead, a newly created role offering the opportunity to build and shape exposure management capabilities from the ground up. This is a high-impact position working closely with underwriting and performance management teams to deliver critical exposure insights across nat-cat and non-nat-cat (primarily Terrorism) risks.
* Lead the production of high-quality exposure management MI, overseeing roll-up processes, data quality checks, and internal/external reporting.
* Support underwriters in designing and executing exposure strategies aligned with risk appetite and portfolio objectives
* Drive process improvement and workflow automation to enhance efficiency and analytical capability.
* Participate in event response for nat-cat and non-nat-cat events, delivering timely exposure and loss insights to key stakeholders.
* Develop, refine, and maintain exposure management tools in collaboration with underwriting and IT teams.
