This long-established Scottish law firm, recognised for its expertise in family law, is seeking an experienced Family solicitor to join its busy team based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role will involve all aspects of family law work, including divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, and child law matters, while managing a diverse and high-quality caseload. Due to continued growth, the team are hiring at senior level.
Applicants should be an experienced family law practitioner with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE level and have a strong background in family law and litigation. Experience with Sheriff Court procedures is desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and client relationship skills, along with the ability to manage complex cases independently while contributing to the continued growth of the team.
