Responsibilities
:
1. Undertake a site-based planning role or manage site-based planners.
2. Develop and manage detailed construction programmes in Asta and/or P6.
3. Produce client-facing programmes suitable for scrutiny, including earned value analysis where required.
4. Monitor progress, identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
5. Support commercial and operational teams with programme-related matters.
As workload increases, you will be involved in the recruitment and development of additional planning staff, helping to establish and grow the Data Centre planning capability within the business.
Key Requirements..
6. Extensive Planning experience within Data Centre construction projects (essential).
7. Strong background across both pre-construction and live project delivery.
8. Proficient in Asta Powerproject and/or Primavera P6.
9. Experience producing detailed tender planning deliverables.
10. Ability to operate independently in a start-up sector environment.
11. Strong stakeholder communication skills.
12. Flexible to travel as the job requires.
