Contract Length: 1 year We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-performancerespiratory protection equipment (RPE) and personal protective equipment (PPE) designed toprotect personnel in hazardous environments. This role involves operating large-scale industrial machinery in line with defined operating procedures and production schedules while working as part of a small, supportive team. Safety, quality, and reliability are key priorities in this position. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery to manufacture components in line with work instructions and standard operating procedures. Set up machines, load raw materials, operate equipment, and unload finished products. Follow production schedules and quality standards. Monitor product quality and take responsibility for own output. Identify basic machine or process issues and escalate where required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area. Work effectively as part of a production team under moderate supervision. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Good mechanical aptitude and manual handling ability. Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Basic computer and data-entry skills desirable. FLT licence advantageous for applicable roles. Flexible and willing to work different shift patterns when required.
