Overview
As the Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing (BCW) Hub Coordinator, your role will be pivotal to the functioning of the BCW Hubs. This full-time role requires a dedicated individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a friendly and supportive environment for all BCW Hub users. Based at the Chalfonts Hospital BCW Hub, you will be a welcoming presence and offer support to all BCW hub users.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate activities and services, support the BCW Hub Manager with daily operations, and direct resources effectively.
* Support the coordination of student placements, work-based learning, work experience, and volunteering processes.
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster meaningful relationships and ensure residents can access BCW Hub services.
* Provide administrative support to the BCW Hub Manager in areas such as data management, communications, reports, training, and events.
* In the absence of the BCW Hub Manager, act as the main point of contact, ensuring the smooth operation of the BCW Hubs.
About the BCW Hub and Governance
Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing Hub is supported by Buckinghamshire Health and Social Care Academy, a non-profit partnership organisation hosted by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This role is not a Trust-based role, the Academy is hosted by the Trust only and operates under its own governance structure and work demands. However, it is an NHS post.
