Client Profile
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier within the automotive sector. They are looking to add an Account Manager to work in their offices based in Preston.
Responsibilities
* Customers/agent communications
* Setting up new customers price lists + New customer welcome pack
* Providing customer quotation regularly + Updating and Maintaining Customer Price Lists
* Back orders follow ups and updates
* Competitor Market Price info research/Data gathering
* Promoting new product range
* Sales figures analysis
* Cost/Price reduction requests
* Gross Margin report analysis
* Analysing product movement
* Product forecast
* Answering any Directors’ queries
* Raising orders for both UK and European customers in a timely manner
* Dealing with customer enquiries by email and phone
* Dealing with any queries from sales managers.
* Main point of contact for customer service issues
* Arranging transportation for UK and European customer orders.
* Issuing documentation for transportation.
* Document Filing/Archiving
* General office duties such as answering the phone and other duties assigned by the management
Personal Specification
* Account Management experience
* Great Attention to detail
* Good with Excel (Pivot Table & VLOOKUP)
* Any experience within exports is desirable but not essential
* Any European Language skills a bonus but not required (e.g. German or French or Polish or Italian or Spanish etc)
