Description
The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:?
* Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued between £50-150k.?
* Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.?
* Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.?
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.?
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.?
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.?
* Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.?
* Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.
Profile
The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:?
* A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.?
* Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.?
* Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.?
* Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.?
* Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
