Full time / 37.5 hour contract / 8am - 6pm / 4 days a week
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
We are looking for an experienced Lead Nurse / ODP to join our Endoscopy team on a full-time permanent basis.
This opportunity will allow the successful individual to join the unit leadership team, along with the Ops Manager at our brand new Community Diagnostic Centre in Yeovil, where we are due to open soon.
What you will do
* Lead, inspire, and support a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-led care.
* Maintain and develop standards of practice to enhance the patient experience.
* Lead the delivery of a clinically excellent, high-quality service, influencing and facilitating change.
* Act as a role model, supporting and empowering all colleagues.
* Support the learning and development of all colleagues, ensuring performance reviews and development plans are established.
* Manage the effective use of all resources allocated to the nursing service.
* Establish and maintain proactive relationships with all stakeholders.
About you
* NMC registered nurse/Operating Department Practitioner HCPC registered.
* Inspirational leader of a multi-disciplinary Endoscopy team.
* Committed to professional personal learning and development.
* Experienced in the delivery of high-quality patient-focused care.
* A great communicator at all levels.
* Calm in challenging situations, working well under pressure.
* Experience at Band 7 level.
