Job Description:
As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will work with Assistant Managers, Managers, and Directors across their portfolios, benefiting from diverse collaboration opportunities.
Your client portfolios will include private clients with established and growing wealth, including private equity executives and their families.

Key responsibilities:
* Deliver work to clients within agreed timelines and budgets, managing client relationships to develop new business.
* Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
* Liaise with other service lines, such as Accounts & Corporate Tax, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
* Maintain strong client relationships, delivering tax strategies and identifying new opportunities.
* Support the development of junior staff through feedback and technical guidance.
Qualifications
Essential requirements:
* Significant experience in a professional services firm, with knowledge of complex private client tax issues, including capital gains and inheritance tax.
* Proven ability to communicate complex tax messages clearly and develop new business relationships.
* People management and organizational skills.
* Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser (ACA / CTA).
