Company Secretarial Assistant
We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Associate to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver professional corporate secretarial services to a varied client portfolio while developing your governance and compliance expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the provision of corporate secretarial services across client portfolios, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
* Draft board, committee and shareholder meeting minutes and resolutions, incorporating feedback from the team and clients
* Attend client board and general meetings, prepare board packs, convening notices and maintain statutory books and records
* Coordinate document execution, filings with the Registrar of Companies and adhere to deadlines
* Maintain accurate time recording and support the team in delivering additional services as required
Key Skills and Experience:
* In progress with a relevant professional qualification (eg, Chartered Governance Institute)
* 2+ years' relevant corporate secretarial experience
* Understanding of company law, corporate governance and regulatory requirements
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client portfolios
