1. Trailer & Parts Supplier – Edinburgh
2. Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hrs/week)
3. Salary: £24,405 - £27,550 + Monthly Bonus of £560 + 32 Days Holiday

We’re recruiting on behalf of a national trailer and towing parts supplier, seeking a Sales & Service Advisor / Workshop Assistant for their busy Edinburgh branch. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term career progression.
What is needed for this Sales & Service Advisor / Workshop Assistant role:
4. Previous experience in retail, trade counter or workshop environments
5. Basic mechanical knowledge or a willingness to learn
6. Confidence in speaking with customers and providing product advice
7. Ability to manage stock, bookings, and workshop schedules
8. Well-organised with good attention to detail
9. Full, valid UK driving licence required

Day-to-day duties include:
16. Selling and promoting trailers, parts and services in-branch and over the phone
17. Processing invoices, payments, and customer queries
18. Booking trailer hire and towbar fittings, and managing daily workshop diaries
19. Shelving stock, updating displays, and keeping product areas organised
20. Assembling and modifying trailers, and supporting with light trailer servicing
21. Maintaining records for stock, customer bookings, and hire fleet servicing
22. Assisting customers with advice and ensuring workshop tools are well maintained
