Due to our company's growth, we are looking for an Office Dta Entry Clerk who combines excellent customer service and problem solving skills, with the ability to work a go-getter attitudes along with great attention to details and the ability to learn tasks quickly. Responsibilities and Duties: General administrative support including data entry, filing, and mailings Create & update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Make sure files are properly prepared and saved into backup drives Transferring, input correct data to and from office spreadsheets Apply data program and techniques and procedures Prepare weekly and month-end statistic reports Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and skills: Proven 0 to 2 years experience in the office & administrative culture Must be able to work productively on own & in a fast paced environment Consistent accuracy with a high volume of data processing The ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize work Experienced with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel Excellent telephone manner and customer service Ability to work effectively under pressure If you’re interested, please submit your resume include cover letter with available work hours.
