Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the secondary curriculum as required.
Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Implementing strong behaviour management strategies to ensure a focused and respectful atmosphere.
Adapting teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students.
Following school policies and procedures.
Providing constructive feedback to students and the school as appropriate.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified Secondary Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Possess strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Be adaptable, flexible, and able to work across different subjects and year groups.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be reliable, punctual, and professional.
Have a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: £166.23 per day
