Environmental ManagerAureos are seeking an Environmental Manager to lead on the implementation of the Infrastructure Sustainability Strategy including associated procedures, communications and reporting.The Environmental Manager will lead on the expert provision of guidance and support to project teams, managing a team to cover all areas of environmental and social sustainability.We are open to applicants that are interested in working on a full or part-time basis.Primary dutiesResponsible for the implementation of the sustainability strategy including:Improve sustainability culture aligned with the wider business cultureImplement effective monitoring and KPIs to track progress in a way that our business leaders understand and can act uponImprove knowledge through a dedicated programme in line with a responsibility matrix, ensuring it remains valid and engagingEnsure policies and procedures are fit for purpose, providing specialist advice to the Compliance teamCollaborate with relevant stakeholders e.g. HR, Engineering to ensure success of the sustainability strategyManage the team, ensuring sufficient coverage across projects and providing mentoring and development.
