The Role
As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning across various year groups, helping children engage, progress, and feel confident in school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils in class under the guidance of the teacher
* Provide 1:1 or small group support when required
* Assist in delivering engaging learning activities
* Encourage positive behaviour and build pupil confidence
* Help with classroom setup, resources, and general daily routines
* Support pupils with a range of abilities, including SEND

Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
* Experience working or volunteering with children/young people within the last 2 years
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
* Good communication skills and a genuine interest in education
Desirable:
* Experience in roles such as coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, childcare, or similar
* Experience working with SEND (not essential)
