Reporting to the People Development Manager, this role offers a great opportunity for an L&D professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams, shaping development solutions, and making a genuine impact on people and services across England.
You'll support a portfolio of services nationally, with some travel for face-to-face engagement where needed, alongside virtual delivery.
The role offers strong autonomy
- you'll manage your own diary, build relationships with service managers, and tailor development support to local needs.
Salary is £35,000 with hybrid working (3 days in the HQ per week).
