Accounts Administrator – High-End Garden Maintenance Company (Hatfield)

They are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to support their growing operations from their working yard office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Matching purchase orders with Purchase Invoices and supplier payments
* Handling credit control and customer account queries
* Performing general administrative duties to support the team
* Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
* Using Sage 50 Accounting and Xero to maintain accurate financial records and sending invoices to clients
* Client budget management
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an accounts/admin role
* Proficiency in Sage 50 and Xero is essential
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a busy yard-based office
Working Hours:
20 hours per week
5 hours per day, 4 days a week
Location:
Hatfield – working from our on-site yard office
