We are seeking Teaching Assistants, Tutors, and Support Workers for Pupil Referral Units, SEMH Schools, and alternative education settings across Sheffield and surrounding areas. These roles are available for both long-term and short-term placements, many of which can lead to permanent employment. This is an excellent platform if you're considering a career in education or planning to pursue teacher training or work with young people in a broader context. Many graduates who started with us have progressed to roles in education, sports coaching, or clinical and educational psychology.
We especially welcome applications from candidates with interests or experience in:
* A genuine passion for working with young people and improving their outcomes
* Youth community work, voluntary or paid
* Studies in Drama, Sports coaching, Psychology, or Criminology
* An outgoing, confident personality capable of working independently
* Some SEND experience (SEMH, PMLD, autism, or other learning needs)
* Experience in residential support or as a care worker
* Possession or willingness to obtain Team Teach or similar physical intervention training
* Mentoring or 1:1 tuition in English, Maths, or Science
* Support roles in teaching/learning assistance or literacy and numeracy support
