Cover Supervisors Needed – Secondary Schools
Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Rugeley and Staffordshire on a day-to-day basis. This is a flexible opportunity for those with experience in schools who want to deliver lessons and maintain positive classroom environments without requiring Qualified Teacher Status.
Your Role:
Supervise KS3 & KS4 classes using pre-prepared lesson plans
Maintain classroom order and manage behaviour effectively
Support students with learning, answering questions and providing guidance
Report incidents or concerns to appropriate staff
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning

Experience working in a secondary school setting is essential
