💼 The Role:
As Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting financial decision-making during an exciting period of growth. You'll be producing monthly management accounts, analysing key variances, working closely with operations, and helping to drive performance across the site.
✅ What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or close to qualifying
* Previous experience in manufacturing or similar industry is highly desirable
* A confident communicator with strong analytical skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
