Overview
This market-leading acoustic engineering company offers a role to provide technical support to clients and internal teams on high‑profile projects. The position involves noise and vibration control, product support, site surveys, noise testing, and collaboration with design, manufacturing and installation teams.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical product support to customers, engineers and sales teams.
* Support quotations and proposals.
* Conduct noise testing and site surveys.
* Assist with product development.
* Work with design, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Assist with project coordination and technical assessments.
* Hybrid role with occasional travel to client sites.
Qualifications
* Background in acoustics, noise control or vibration engineering.
* Experience in a technical support, consultancy or engineering role.
* IOA qualification or acoustics industry experience preferred.
