The Role – Accounts Payable Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Finance Department as Accounts Payable Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the wider organisation within the Finance accounts payable team, operating within the service level agreements and existing processes to ensure the efficient and effective running of the accounts payable function.
This is a fixed term position, until 31 December 2025, working 21 hours per week.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* HNC in a related discipline, or equivalent.
* Experience of working within an Accounts Payable function in a similar role.
* Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
* Experience of using accounting system software.
* Working knowledge of VAT reporting and compliance.
