IF YOU ARE
* Experienced in change management consulting and engagements in a highly matrixed client-facing environment for 4+ years
* A trusted advisor to a client and business development teams
* Proficient in the application of business change management theories
* Passionate for technology, its positive influences on workplace development and employee experience
* A critical and analytical thinker who accepts out-of-the-box solutions
* Autonomous, highly flexible, and willing to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Experienced in Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.)
* Familiar with transformation programs
* Competent in independent strategic & analytical thinking, developing bespoke and tailored change management and adoption strategies
* Effectively deliver IT training

* Build and implement a comprehensive change management plan that delivers organizational benefits
* Apply Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to meet business needs
* Design and deliver an effective organizational operating model
* Develop and execute strategies to drive digital adoption and engagement across the organization
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address digital needs and challenges
* Provide training and ongoing support for employees on the use of digital tools and technology
* Create educational materials, tutorials, and resources to enhance digital literacy and promote best practices
* Monitor and analyze digital adoption metrics to track progress and identify optimization opportunities
* Produce content that aligns with business priorities and effectively engages stakeholders
