Roofer
A Roofer will deliver a wide range of responsive maintenance work to Great Places properties, to a diverse customer base for Great Places Housing Group.
* Starting salary £30,632 rising to £32,245 on successful completion of 6 month probation period
* Stockport & Trafford
* 39 hour week, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday & 8am-3:30pm on Friday
* Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays
* Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided
* Key must haves full clean driving licence, roofing experience
What youll be doing
* Fixing tiles on a variety of roof types
* Capping, demolishing & rebuilding chimney stacks
* Joinery works to soffit &facias
* Structural work on timber rooves
* Plumbing repairs to gutters, rain water outlets & gutters
