About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Pharmacist to join our team in London. This role is essential in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have significant hospital experience, either in in-patient or out-patient settings, excluding sterile/aseptic environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Manage and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on drug therapy.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
* Experience in clinical pharmacy services.
* Hospital experience is essential, either in in-patient or out-patient settings (excluding sterile/aseptic).
* Desirable: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
